P.F. Chang's Stallion

This eye-catching statue is one of the highlights of Farmington Utah. Standing in maybe the most popular hangout spot in Northern Utah, Station Park, this Stallion stops everyone present in there tracks. The question is why is it here? To be honest not much is known about it. It is located right outside of the P.F. Chang's, so one could assume it may be to catch customers eyes and bring them in. That's the theory.
