Cup and Saucer

The cup and saucer are both trilobed with related scalloped rims. The indented divisions between the lobes are on the exterior of the cup and the interior of the saucer, the reverse surfaces being unarticulated. The cup has a loop handle, aligned along one lobe division, in the form of a slightly twisted flowering berried branch extending in relief from the rim along each side. The saucer has three symmetrically arranged berried branches in relief near the rim, centered on the lobe divisions. It has a trilobed inner gallery into which the foot of the cup rests.
