Discus Iconography: Crab seen from above with claws pointing up. Description: Moldmade, from plaster mold. Shoulder: Loeschcke form VII b. Filling-hole in lower part. Air hole at top of nozzle. Round-tipped volute-nozzle. Base marked off by one circular groove. Potter's signature: L.MVN.SVC, workshop active from Late Flavian to Trajanic period; below small impressed ring.
